Chile Lime Popcorn with Mango Fruit Jellies

Ingredients
1 ½ tablespoons avocado oil
¼ cup popcorn kernels
½ teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon salt
zest of 1 lime
½ cup cashews

Preparation
- Melt oil in a medium pot over medium high heat.
- Once oil is hot, add corn kernels and cover. Continue to cook until kernels have
popped. Remove from heat, pour in a bowl.
- Season with salt, chile powder and lime zest.
- Add cashews and 2-4 Mango Chile Fruit Jellies depending on your tolerance.
