Alycea Chacón has a habit of ascending quickly wherever she goes. In less than a year she moved up from Patient Advocate to Floor Manager at Sol Flower Tempe McClintock, and she’s showing no signs of slowing down. Alycea is continuing her business education at GCU, and blends her entrepreneurial spirit with her unmatched people skills to find the right solutions for patients. Sol Flower is participating in the Last Prisoner Project: Roll It Up For Justice Program. The Roll It Up For Justice Program is a nationwide campaign encouraging cannabis businesses to give patients the opportunity to contribute to the cause. Small change can make a big impact, and every cent raised through the program gets Last Prisoner Project closer to the day when every last cannabis prisoner is set free.

As the General Manager of Sol Flower’s Tempe location, Chad makes it his daily mission to ensure everyone – from employees to vendors and especially patients – is happy. Pulling that off requires a lot of patience and passion, and Chad has both to spare. That’s the result of nearly 30 years of experience with cannabis and an unrelenting drive to be part of the growing industry in Arizona.

Sol Flower’s Tempe and Sun City locations both recently celebrated their one year anniversaries, and patients across the Valley have Dan Hayden to thank. As Sol Flower’s Director of Retail Operations, Dan oversaw the opening of our two dispensaries and continues to spearhead their tremendous success.

Moryah McLaughlin is always on the move. As a General Manager at Sol Flower Scottsdale Airpark, Moryah is responsible for making sure the day-to-day operation is running smoothly and inspiring staff to be at their best. When she’s not at work she can be found on the trails by day and, once it’s safe again, dancing at the country saloon by night.

While other students were doing research projects on World War II, Jarrid Reyes was digging into the world of cannabis. His passion for the plant started in high school and hasn’t waned since, and he’s been helping patients and customers explore their options as Retail Floor Manager of Sol Flower Tempe University for six months. We chatted with Jarried about his free thinking early years, his most memorable patient and his newfound interest in European architecture.
